Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and govern data and reporting requirements. Coordinate data governance, validate data models with engineers, support testing and UAT, contribute metadata definitions, and maintain Agile artifacts to deliver compliant cloud-based reporting, analytics, and AI/ML data products.

Lead the elicitation, documentation, and governance of business and data requirements for cloud-based data products. Drive source-to-target mappings, collaborate with engineers and architects, support testing and UAT, produce Agile artifacts, contribute to metadata ingestion, and ensure audit-ready, compliant reporting and analytics for the CMM program.

Serve as servant leader for the Agile Release Train supporting CMM modernization: plan and facilitate PI Planning, synchronize multiple Scrum teams, manage risks and dependencies, coach SAFe adoption, maintain ART metrics, drive CI/CD and DevSecOps improvements, ensure federal Agile compliance, and deliver measurable PI objectives and governance artifacts.
