Owns the GRC product strategy, 12-month roadmap, feature backlog, and Agile delivery process. Partners with Engineering, stakeholders, marketing, and operations to translate business needs into requirements, prioritize development, validate software quality, and deliver customer value. Uses AI-assisted tools, data analytics, experimentation, and responsible AI practices to guide discovery, prototyping, prioritization, and product improvement.

Leads a global Level 1 or Level 2 technical client support team, overseeing hiring, coaching, workflows, performance metrics, escalations, incident response, and knowledge management. Partners with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Client Success to resolve systemic issues and improve service quality. Ensures compliance with security and privacy controls, including NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and SOC 2. Uses client insights and operational data to improve processes, documentation, staffing, and scalable support solutions.

Leads and develops a team of Product Managers and Analysts responsible for Claims products. Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; uses customer insights, competitive research, data, experimentation, and AI to guide prioritization and delivery. Oversees SDLC alignment, product KPIs, cross-functional rollouts, stakeholder communication, and team performance. Requires strong product leadership, analytical and communication skills, software development lifecycle knowledge, and preferably Risk Management or P&C Insurance experience.

Manages end-to-end RFx response processes, including requirement analysis, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, proposal writing, editing, formatting, and final submission. Produces persuasive, compliant materials for requests for information, proposals, quotes, and questionnaires. Maintains reusable messaging and develops expertise in company offerings, revenue operations, product strategy, and value propositions while supporting proposal quality improvements.

Leads and mentors Product Managers and Product Analysts across GRC products, setting product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities. Oversees customer research, competitive analysis, AI adoption throughout the SDLC, experimentation, KPI measurement, and cross-functional product delivery. The role advocates for customers, ensures alignment across roadmaps, promotes innovation, and manages team development and performance evaluations.
