Manage foreclosure process for an assigned mortgage portfolio from referral through post-foreclosure. Coordinate with external counsel, investors, and internal teams; prepare reports, bidding instructions, sale results, and required documentation; perform QC, review invoices, analyze equity for charge-off, and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory deadlines and internal controls.

Lead design and implementation of mainframe automation (OPS/MVS, SA z/OS, GDPS). Build IPL and DR automation, integrate monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, create runbooks, mentor engineers, and participate in Agile delivery to improve resiliency and modernization.

Lead strategic direction and go-to-market for multiple product lines, own pricing, P&L, and product financials.
