Design, implement, simulate, and bring to production high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, SERDES) in advanced CMOS FinFET. Create and supervise layout, evaluate topology trade-offs for power/area/linearity/bandwidth, develop test plans with PE/TE teams, and follow team design methodologies and release flows.

Partner with engineering and cross-functional NPI/defect-reduction teams to refine testability, improve processes, and mature manufacturing test infrastructure.

Lead North America optical technical sales and business development teams to define strategy, create pipeline, influence product roadmaps, drive RFQ/RFP responses, craft technical customer solutions with account managers, and meet sales, order and margin targets while engaging customers and traveling across NAM.

Manage technical data for IP Routing hardware NPI programs: support NPI from data entry through factory implementation, maintain product data and Engineering Change Orders across the product lifecycle, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure accurate PLM/PDM records and implementation.

Lead strategic partnering initiatives for Nokia Technology Standards: identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals; own partner relationships; coordinate cross-functional teams; define success metrics and reporting; mentor junior staff and shape partnering strategy to drive IP licensing revenue.

Lead a mechanical development team designing opto-electronic packages and modules. Manage project plans, cross-disciplinary coordination, technical reviews (FMEAs, FEA), DFM with suppliers, resource planning, status reporting, and drive product quality, reliability, and innovation for high-speed communications.

Lead architecture, design, fabrication, testing, and optimization of silicon photonics integrated circuits for coherent long-haul, metro, and pluggable optical systems. Drive PIC specification, link-budget analysis, DFM/DFT practices, cross-functional execution with RFIC/DSP/packaging/foundry partners, and establish simulation and test infrastructures for scalable, high-yield production.

Provide post-sales technical leadership for Nokia Fixed Networks access products. Troubleshoot complex system-level issues, manage escalations, lead technical projects, mentor colleagues, collaborate with R&D and vendors, and produce documentation and training to ensure SLA compliance and rapid customer recovery.

Manage delivery of customer programs/projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk control. Serve as primary customer interface, coordinate cross-functional teams, support pre-sales, ensure handovers, monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and lead project teams to secure profitability and contract expansion.
