Lead product discovery, strategy, delivery, launch, and optimization for AI-powered learning experiences. Define roadmaps, requirements, success metrics, and responsible AI standards while partnering with engineering, design, data science, learning science, content, QA, legal, privacy, and business teams. Evaluate prompts, workflows, model quality, experimentation results, analytics, and user feedback to improve student outcomes, personalization, trust, accessibility, and product performance.

Lead end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) and Record to Report (R2R) finance processes, provide functional ownership of Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud modules, ensure month‑end close integrity, SOX controls, stakeholder engagement, and drive system implementations and continuous improvement for US finance operations.
