Responsibilities include designing production-ready machine learning systems, collaborating across teams, and advancing agent autonomy through planning, causal reasoning, model-based reinforcement learning, and language modeling.

Leads a small engineering pod building and operating Humana’s NBA orchestration platform. Designs durable Temporal workflows, Node.js/TypeScript services, Kafka event pipelines, transactional outbox processing, activation integrations, acknowledgment and reconciliation workflows, and distributed-systems reliability controls. Provides hands-on coding, architecture leadership, observability, operational support, cross-team coordination, mentoring, and delivery accountability across the member action lifecycle.
