Lead product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Humana’s Next Best Action data foundation. Translate business needs into scalable data capabilities, requirements, and user stories; partner with business, data, engineering, architecture, and product teams; manage dependencies and risks; and ensure data assets support decisioning, personalization, reporting, measurement, and channel activation.

Lead expansion of Humana’s Next Best Action platform across business channels and customer touchpoints. Translate channel needs into scalable product capabilities, requirements, integrations, onboarding plans, and implementation strategies. Partner with business, architecture, engineering, data, and product teams to identify capability gaps, prioritize enhancements, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate testing and readiness, and support successful launches. Establish reusable onboarding frameworks and improve governance and operating models across the enterprise.

Lead product management for Humana’s enterprise Next Best Action decisioning platform. Define reusable platform capabilities, business rules, prioritization frameworks, user stories, and backlogs. Partner with engineering, architecture, analytics, UX, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable personalization and member engagement solutions. Serve as Product Owner for scrum teams, manage competing priorities, evaluate platform investments, and measure adoption, utilization, delivery, and stakeholder outcomes.

Administer and govern access to the Genesys Cloud CX platform, including user provisioning, roles, permissions, groups, queues, authentication, and access reviews. Support IAM integrations, SSO, MFA, audits, compliance reporting, troubleshooting, platform enhancements, and governance documentation. Partner with security, compliance, operations, and technology teams to maintain secure, compliant, and effective contact center operations.

Supports healthcare economics and value-based care initiatives through claims and revenue analysis, forecasting, financial reconciliation, performance measurement, and strategic insights. Develops scalable actuarial methodologies, reporting metrics, and analytical models; validates results and translates complex business requirements into end-to-end solutions. Partners with actuarial, finance, analytics, and business teams while working independently on complex and occasionally ambiguous assignments.

Partner with engineering, analytics, marketing, digital, call center, IT, and insurance teams to deliver personalized member experiences. Leads enterprise learning experience strategy and the LMS and learning technology ecosystem. Oversees platform governance, administration, evaluation, implementation, migration, integration, optimization, and modernization. Partners with Learning, Technology, Procurement, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Monitors emerging technologies such as AI, automation, skills technologies, and learning analytics while improving learner experience and technology investment value.

Define KPI frameworks, align business and model-performance metrics, manage backlogs, guide agile delivery, validate reporting quality, and communicate value through dashboards and insights.
