Partner with Design, Product, Risk, and other stakeholders to identify investment opportunities, solve complex problems, manage product risks, and deliver streamlined, high-value solutions. Apply customer-focused, business-oriented, technology-driven, and transformational product management practices to grow and manage the commercial lending portfolio.

Supports Commercial Bank business continuity, operational resiliency, crisis management, and third-party risk activities. Responsibilities include managing continuity controls, challenging business quality reviews, administering continuity plans, reporting crisis impacts and key risk indicators, coordinating policy changes, supporting projects and senior leadership reporting, and assisting with audits and examinations.

Leads independent commercial credit reviews, transactional testing, targeted risk assessments, portfolio analysis, and credit policy evaluation.
