Manage and grow relationships with corporate veterinary hospital groups. The Associate General Counsel will advise Vetcove on commercial contracting, SaaS and product matters, privacy, data security, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, counseling product and business teams, translating complex legal requirements into practical guidance, and supporting new products, markets, commercial models, and regulated workflows. The role partners cross-functionally within a fast-growing, remote technology company serving the veterinary industry.

Supports strategic brand partners through client communication, campaign project management, onboarding, reporting, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations. Collaborates with senior account managers, data scientists, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns, deliver business reviews, educate clients, and strengthen long-term relationships. The role offers a path toward independently managing smaller accounts and eventually larger partnerships.

Integrate and fine-tune existing AI models within production software, evaluate model performance, build evaluation frameworks, configure observability, develop Python AI features, and troubleshoot real-world performance. Collaborate with data science, engineering, the CTO, and cross-functional teams to improve products and identify AI innovation opportunities. This role focuses on applying existing models rather than designing new machine learning models.

Manage key client relationships as the primary communication point and strategic advisor. Lead account meetings, action items, performance reporting, presentations, optimization recommendations, catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and onboarding coordination.
