The Production Manager II oversees mortgage loan operations, manages staff, ensures compliance, supports loan process improvements, and maintains client relationships.

Supervise a team of QA auditors to ensure mortgage quality control and investor compliance, monitor metrics and deficiencies, provide coaching and training, manage vendor quality, prepare reports and analyses, support audits/exams, and drive process improvements.

Serve as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for loss mitigation, managing loan workout pipelines, underwriting modification and workout options per investor and regulatory guidelines, training and mentoring specialists, resolving complex escalations, maintaining investor/system records, and supporting audits and process improvements.
