Own payer-facing clinical value narrative: translate Headway's clinical and network data into evidence-backed stories, build competitive intelligence for payers, and equip sales/BD with data, messaging, and materials to win payer partnerships.

Own full business-development lifecycle for mid-market health system partnerships across an assigned territory: prospect, qualify, pitch, close, and launch. Lead People Systems strategy and operations, optimize and administer Workday and other HR platforms, manage a People systems team, design integrations and automations, drive change adoption and training, evaluate service delivery metrics, and recommend new tools to scale lifecycle operations for thousands of employees.

Full-cycle sales role responsible for recruiting and onboarding therapists and psychiatrists to scale Headway’s provider network. Serve as first point of contact for prospective providers, drive lead generation and conversion, provide product/process feedback cross-functionally, and use data-driven experiments to optimize growth. Compensation includes base salary plus monthly commission.
