The Senior ADABAS Mainframe Systems Programmer will manage database upgrades, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and provide 24x7 support for ADABAS environments, ensuring efficient database maintenance and administration tasks.

Lead pre-sales, multi-tower solution architecture for enterprise clients. Conduct discovery workshops, design and document technical and commercial solutions, build pricing and SOW/contract materials, present to executives, enable handover to delivery, and provide post-close consulting and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to win and implement large ITO/cloud/managed services deals.

Lead enterprise sales to grow revenue and deepen executive client relationships. Own deal lifecycle, proposals, negotiation, and forecasting. Partner cross-functionally with architecture, delivery, and client success teams. Recruit and mentor sales staff while acting as a trusted IT advisor to C-level clients, driving consultative solutions across managed services and related offerings.
