Drive brand positioning, demand generation, pipeline growth, customer engagement, and measurable commercial outcomes. Manage the global marketing budget, advance marketing operations and analytics, partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering, and develop high-performing leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Serve as a trusted partner to the President by managing calendars, priorities, communications, executive travel, leadership meetings, events, follow-ups, and confidential information. Coordinate across Anderson-Negele, Ralliant leadership, and executive support teams to align priorities, improve execution, and ensure the President is prepared for key decisions.
