Senior Tier 3 Network Engineer accountable for technical success of enterprise network services: design incident recovery and changes, enforce configuration standards, lead major incident resolution, mentor NOC teams, liaise with vendors, develop operational procedures and run-books, maintain KPIs and knowledge transfer, and introduce new technologies across routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing and wireless.
