Lead CRM consulting engagements: gather and document business processes and requirements, lead design and architecture sessions, and deliver/configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Develop, validate and deploy integrations and customizations using C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Silverlight and MS BI/Azure integrations. Communicate status with customers and work within Agile practices.

Implement and consult on BI/data warehousing solutions using Teradata, RDBMS and ETL tools (Informatica). Develop SQL and shell scripts, apply implementation methodologies, mentor consultant teams, communicate with stakeholders, and solve analytical problems.

Design, develop and optimize MicroStrategy reports, cubes, dashboards and visualizations. Translate BRDs into technical specs, perform data modeling and estimations, write complex freeform SQL, implement MicroStrategy on Netezza/Teradata, and work in Agile teams. Requires MicroStrategy certifications and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
