Drive launches from testnet to mainnet, customer onboarding, partnerships, ecosystem activation, and growth strategies. Build onboarding, education, and measurement frameworks, iterate using on-chain and off-chain metrics, and partner with compliance, legal, and product teams to scale regulated fintech/Web3 offerings.

Lead enterprise-scale, AI-enabled risk and compliance transformation initiatives: define innovation roadmap, govern investments, coordinate AI/ML pipelines, enable data platforms and low-code visualizations, oversee vendor RFPs and portfolio prioritization, and deliver measurable risk reduction and efficiency across RM&C.

Drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery for digital asset, tokenization, stablecoin, and payments products. Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions, maintain product backlogs and KPIs, partner with engineering, risk, compliance, and treasury, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant payments and digital-asset capabilities.

Approve loans beyond Business Banking Credit Services authority for complex commercial, commercial real estate, healthcare practice finance, and SBA portfolios. Ensure conformity with bank policies, partner with underwriting and sales on transaction and covenant structures, oversee portfolio administration and reviews to maintain quality and profitability, and align risk appetite across business and control functions.

Develop and grow profitable business card relationships by prospecting and selling payment products to mid-to-large businesses. Conduct consultative discovery and credit/financial assessments, manage pipeline and referrals, partner with internal teams, and travel locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally to close deals and retain portfolio clients.
