Lead and manage a team of loan administrators overseeing CRE and structured finance loan administration from approval through payoff. Ensure documentation, perfect security interests, manage complex lending products, collaborate with deal teams, negotiate with counsel, mitigate operational and credit risk, and provide customer-focused administrative support.

Design and lead end-to-end, scalable technology and data architectures. Translate business needs into integrated solutions, define NFRs, develop reference architectures and roadmaps, evaluate vendor technologies, and prototype AI-enabled applications. Partner with product, engineering, and enterprise architects to ensure resiliency, scalability, reuse, and compliance across cloud and data platforms.
