Provides legal counsel to U.S. Bank’s Equipment Finance business on complex commercial equipment leases, loans, software financing, vendor programs, and indirect lending transactions. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements; assessing legal and transactional risk; maintaining contract templates; advising on UCC Articles 2A and 9, regulatory compliance, collateralization, and perfection; supporting new financing products; and preparing legal guidance and training materials.

Lead risk and control activities for trustee and custodial relationships within Institutional Services. Partner with business, Risk/Compliance/Audit to maintain risk frameworks, identify and remediate gaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and escalate issues.
