Develop and own long-term relationships with Fortune 250 tax and finance teams to source and execute tax credit purchases. Build new buyer relationships, advise on transaction strategy, coordinate external legal/tax advisors, lead offerings development, act as internal SME on tax credits, and represent Crux publicly.

Lead client coverage for clean energy and infrastructure capital markets: build executive relationships, win mandates across debt, tax equity, and tax credits, advise on capital structure, support transaction execution, collaborate with product and software teams, and drive market intelligence and public thought leadership.

You will define your role based on your skills, collaborate with teams, and take ownership of projects in clean energy finance.

The Principal will lead buyer network growth, execute transactions, and serve as an expert on tax credit transactions, requiring strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Build and oversee compliance program for a broker-dealer and RIA, ensuring adherence to FINRA, SEC, and other regulations. Manage audits, training, and compliance technology.
