Lead Brand Designer will shape and evolve BJAKrand system, create high-quality brand materials, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain brand guidelines, deliver fast design work, and contribute strategic creative direction.

Develop and execute global communications for A1: craft messaging, write and edit press materials, build media relationships, prepare executives for interviews, manage product-launch and crisis communications, and coordinate with product and recruiting teams to strengthen brand and secure press coverage.

Support end-to-end technical recruiting: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, assist with offers, and drive recruiting operations and process improvements.

Design detailed HCI interaction models for a proactive AI assistant: input methods, states, supervision, error recovery, human-in-the-loop controls, delegation and reversibility. Produce annotated specs and prototypes, test with users, and collaborate with product and ML teams to translate system constraints into reliable interaction patterns and a reusable HCI pattern library.

Support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, assist with offers, and contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements.
