Lead commercial and brand finance strategy and operations, owning FP&A, consolidated P&L, governance, month-end close, forecasting, and financial controls. Partner with commercial leaders, define systems and data requirements, scale the commercial finance organization, hire leadership, and develop a high-performing team to enable disciplined decision-making across vehicle sales, aftersales, retail, and brand.

Lead and run Scout's Product Safety & Integrity Committee; ensure product safety, conformity, and regulatory compliance; manage recalls and field campaigns; align safety decisions with VW Group; report to management; document issues and lessons learned; lead and grow a team.

Lead Aftersales logistics, transportation, warehouse, and service parts operations. Own end-to-end parts supply chain and commercialization, optimize networks and warehouses, manage 3PLs and suppliers, set KPIs and budgets, drive forecasting, inventory planning, continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and sustainability to support launch and long-term direct-to-consumer growth.

Support end-to-end requirements management for automotive products: elicit, document, structure, maintain, and assure requirements quality. Manage traceability, change control, tool repositories, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, testers, and external partners. Contribute to continuous improvement of RM methods and support reviews, impact analysis, and configuration baselines.

Lead strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution for Scout's Vehicle Transaction Platform powering registration, financing, identity/fraud checks, insurance, trade-ins, document generation, and secure storage. Drive integrations, API contracts, platform standards, cross-functional alignment, vendor partnerships, and KPIs to ensure scalable, compliant, and auditable transaction workflows.
