Lead and grow Data and AI Engineering teams to design, build, and operate scalable data platforms and Generative AI solutions. Architect Databricks-based pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, RAG and LLM integrations, ensure governance, security, reliability, and collaborate with enterprise architects to align standards and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead Aftersales cost planning, monitoring, variance analysis, and governance. Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, reporting, dashboards, and cost-savings initiatives while partnering with Finance and operational teams to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making.

Support development and execution of public affairs strategies, media relations, stakeholder and government engagement, policy monitoring, executive communications, and community outreach. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, support direct-to-consumer retail policy efforts, and represent Scout Motors in North and South Carolina. Occasional national travel and in-office presence required.

Lead and run Scout's Product Safety & Integrity Committee; ensure product safety, conformity, and regulatory compliance; manage recalls and field campaigns; align safety decisions with VW Group; report to management; document issues and lessons learned; lead and grow a team.

Lead Aftersales logistics, transportation, warehouse, and service parts operations. Own end-to-end parts supply chain and commercialization, optimize networks and warehouses, manage 3PLs and suppliers, set KPIs and budgets, drive forecasting, inventory planning, continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and sustainability to support launch and long-term direct-to-consumer growth.

Lead program execution, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment for vehicle and system integration. Define and track KPIs, manage risks and change control, prepare leadership materials, facilitate governance forums, and ensure milestone delivery and launch readiness across R&D.
