Plan, lead, and manage multi-project programs: define scope, objectives, KPIs; monitor progress, risks, budgets, and interdependencies; report to senior leadership; ensure PMO compliance; promote Agile/Scrum or hybrid methods; and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder relationships.
