Lead discovery and design of end-to-end enterprise AI/ML architectures, define MLOps/LLMOps and data lifecycles, integrate solutions with enterprise systems and security, produce reference patterns and runbooks, mentor teams, and scale repeatable delivery through accelerators while partnering with clients and risk/security stakeholders.

Lead and deliver Oracle transformation projects across the full implementation lifecycle: gather requirements, design and configure solutions, test, train users, provide post-production support, drive business cases, coach team members, and contribute to practice offerings. Maintain client relationships, meet utilization targets, and manage complex, time-sensitive engagements.

Deliver Oracle ERP advisory and implementation services across full project lifecycle: gather requirements, configure and test applications, create training materials, conduct end-user training, provide post-production support, and collaborate with clients to define future-state processes. Meet utilization targets and travel to client sites as required.

Lead and deliver Oracle transformation engagements including full life-cycle implementations, requirements and system design, configuration, testing, training, post-production support, and client advisory. Drive business cases, coach teams, meet utilization targets, and contribute to practice offerings and thought leadership.

Provide Oracle HCM solution architecture and implementation services across full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-production support. Lead client workshops, create documentation and training, support integrations, and meet utilization targets while traveling to client sites as needed.

Lead execution of GTM Rhythm of Business cadence and planning integration, produce executive-ready reporting and dashboards, connect stakeholders to drive prioritization and follow-through, improve processes and tools, and manage cross-functional projects to advance GTM operating model and alignment.
