Embed with clients to gather requirements and design AI-driven solutions for fraud and fincrime. Architect, train, evaluate, and deploy custom AI agents and workflows, optimize model performance, establish risk metrics and evaluation pipelines, and collaborate with engineering/product teams to scale into production.

Manage customer accounts, maximizing ROI on Sardine products, while collaborating with teams to meet customer needs in fraud and compliance.

Lead federal sales engineering efforts: deliver tailored demos, respond to federal RFPs/RFIs, navigate agency security reviews and ATO processes, produce solution designs aligned to federal frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST), and advise product/GT M strategy for federal use cases in fraud, identity, and AML.
