Handle inbound participant calls to provide financial education and transactional support for defined contribution and non-qualified retirement plans. Troubleshoot issues, explain distributions, loans, investments and plan rules, recommend tools/services, and develop solutions independently while maintaining accuracy and strong customer communication.
