Build and monetize channel partner relationships, manage post-proof-of-value ROI, maintain accurate Salesforce CRM and pipeline, and collaborate with distributed sales and success teams. Travel up to 20% within territory.

Sell Horizon3.ai's NodeZero platform to mid-enterprise accounts in the assigned territory. Acquire new customers, manage full sales cycle, grow revenue, build and monetize channel partner relationships, deliver product demos, manage CRM and forecasting in Salesforce, drive post-proof-of-value ROI, and collaborate with distributed sales, support, and success teams to exceed quotas.

Provide advanced enterprise technical support for NodeZero customers, troubleshoot cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, assist deployments and IaC/container optimization, collaborate with engineering, mentor junior staff, maintain SLAs, and document solutions to improve support processes.

The Senior Backend Engineer develops core product features in ETL and GraphQL, designs APIs, builds ETL pipelines, and collaborates with frontend teams.

Lead cross-functional engineering effectiveness initiatives to improve developer productivity, CI/CD, workflows, and metrics.
