Lead and grow a team of offensive security engineers, ensure high-quality red team, application, and cloud security engagements, drive operational metrics (utilization, margin, NPS), integrate field findings into product, champion AI/automation, and support sales and client relationships at executive levels.

The Demand Generation Expert will independently execute multi-channel demand generation programs, optimize ABM strategies, and leverage AI tools while analyzing campaign performance and collaborating with sales to drive pipeline growth.

Serve as a customer-facing technical engineer for Praetorian's Guard platform: troubleshoot integrations, diagnose root causes, create self-help documentation and tooling, escalate and ship small fixes, and translate recurring issues into product feedback. Use engineering skills, automation/AI tooling, and security fluency to reduce repeat tickets and improve customer outcomes.
