The Chief Architect will lead the technical direction for Legion's Workforce Management platform, focusing on architecture decisions, AI systems, and scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, technical leadership, and ensuring systems meet enterprise standards for performance and security.

Drive enterprise revenue by sourcing and closing large SaaS deals, developing account-level strategies, building executive pipelines, leading deals through the full sales lifecycle, creating ROI-focused business cases, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce CRM.

Hunts and closes net-new enterprise accounts in a named North American territory. Develops GTM and account strategies, builds executive relationships, manages full sales cycle, crafts ROI/business justification, collaborates cross-functionally, and maintains pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce to exceed revenue targets.

Provide broad corporate legal support: draft, review, and negotiate commercial and SaaS agreements; advise cross-functional teams on compliance; develop policies; conduct legal research; coordinate with outside counsel; assist with corporate governance, entity matters, and special projects to mitigate risk and support business objectives.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end cloud software releases, manage timelines and cross-functional readiness, automate release workflows with AI agents, ensure compliance and quality, triage defects, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Provide enterprise-grade technical support for Legion's WFM SaaS: troubleshoot and reproduce issues across web and mobile, manage escalations to engineering, support integrations and APIs, own Zendesk/Jira tickets within SLAs, create knowledge-base content, mentor other support engineers, and maintain product/configuration expertise (including Workato familiarity).
