Conduct manual and automated software testing, create and maintain test plans and cases, identify and report defects, review requirements and design documentation, and support release management. Own and operate subscriber data management (HLR/HSS/UDR/UDM) across 2G–5G. Design provisioning workflows, implement MAP/Diameter/HTTP2 interfaces, monitor KPIs, handle incidents, perform maintenance and protocol traces, lead deployments/upgrades, support MVNO onboarding, automate provisioning tasks, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure high availability and data integrity.

The Staff Backend Engineer will lead the development of OXIO's telecom platform, focusing on backend systems, architecture, and scalable solutions. They will utilize multiple languages and cloud services while collaborating with stakeholders to innovate telecom apps.

Design, build, and scale reliable batch and real-time data pipelines and warehouses. Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to define data models, improve observability, optimize storage and querying, and evangelize data engineering best practices across the company.
