The Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound prospecting to banks, fintechs, brokerages, and payment companies. Responsibilities include discovery calls, account research, multi-threaded stakeholder outreach, objection handling, qualified meeting booking, CRM maintenance, and clean handoffs to Account Executives. The role partners with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging while building expertise in strategic accounts. Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, regulated financial services, and compliance-heavy sales cycles is preferred.

Lead and scale a channel-led GTM motion by sourcing, onboarding, and managing strategic partners (banks, fintechs, brokerages, payments, marketplaces). Build partner GTM/enablement, negotiate commercial models, drive partner-sourced revenue, coordinate integrations, track KPIs and ROI, and represent the company at industry events globally.

Serve as the final escalation for complex client integrations and distributed system issues. Troubleshoot code and APIs, build tooling and observability, lead incident response and RCAs, advocate product engineering changes, and mentor the support team to improve diagnostics and automation.

Lead and own daily crypto and fiat settlement and trading operations: investigate and resolve breaks, run reconciliations, manage trade lifecycle, automate tasks with Python, run partner go-lives, use LLM tooling, build operational dashboards, and serve as technical SME and on-call responder.

Own the second-line technology and cyber risk function, including risk frameworks, registers, appetite metrics, quantitative risk modeling, and board reporting. Independently assess security controls, penetration tests, vulnerabilities, AI systems, vendors, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Engineering and Security to identify infrastructure, application, model, cryptographic, and emerging technology risks while overseeing AI governance and supporting regulatory and counterparty assessments.

Own the operational risk discipline within the enterprise risk program. Responsibilities include designing the operational risk framework, managing loss events, running RCSA assessments, conducting scenario analysis, testing controls, supporting Engineering incident reviews, tracking remediation, and preparing risk reporting for the CRO, Risk Committee, and board.

Lead product marketing for zerohash by translating technical product capabilities into clear messaging, owning GTM strategy and partner launches, developing positioning and sales enablement, and coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Revenue to drive adoption and partner success.

Build and maintain the company website, client-facing portal, and internal web apps. Design and structure web pages, implement UI enhancements, optimize performance and scalability, collaborate with backend engineers (Go), ensure brand-consistent design, and mentor teammates to drive product excellence.

Lead and build a global Implementation Services function, personally deliver complex enterprise implementations, design processes, tooling, metrics and org structure, collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance), hire and develop teams, own budget and roadmap, and act as executive escalation and customer-facing leader to accelerate time-to-value.

Lead the Transact Auth product: define and prioritize roadmap, drive full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, conduct market and competitive research, gather customer feedback, work cross-functionally with engineering and design, set and track KPIs, and iterate quickly using data-driven decisions.
