Perform ad hoc and ongoing data analysis to drive product decisions for CMS: implement and audit web analytics tagging, integrate Qualtrics and other qualitative sources, build dashboards and ETL pipelines, monitor system performance via Datadog, analyze user behavior (including LLM product metrics), and synthesize mixed-methods insights to inform the team.

The Technical Architect will lead a cross-functional team to improve Veterans' digital healthcare experience through architecture and development using modern technologies and agile practices.
