Lead and scale Corporate FP&A, owning long-range and annual planning, forecasting, consolidated financial statements, KPI reporting, executive and Board materials, and finance process modernization. Partner with senior leaders on resource allocation and strategic decisions, improve systems and automation, support M&A initiatives, and build a high-performing FP&A team in a global technology company.

Own messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy, lifecycle campaigns, market research, product launches, sales enablement, customer education, and technical content for Grafana Labs observability products. Build buyer-focused technical demos, videos, workshops, and webinars for Grafana Cloud. Enable sales engineers with technical messaging, competitive narratives, and demo guidance. Partner with product marketing, product, sales, developer relations, and engineering teams to communicate observability value to SRE and platform engineering leaders. Automate demo and content workflows using scripts, agents, and AI tools while shaping technical positioning across customer-facing channels.

Own technical customer engagements for Grafana Labs, partnering with Sales to demonstrate products, conduct technical evaluations, articulate value, and close opportunities. Deliver presentations, demos, enablement materials, and technical content while providing customer and competitive feedback to Product and Engineering. Requires strong pre-sales experience, technical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, judgment, and leadership in a remote global environment.

Supports regional marketing programs across AMER, including events, campaigns, ABM activities, landing pages, emails, paid social, vendor coordination, reporting, and budget administration. Maintains timelines, validates launch quality, tracks performance, uses AI and data tools, and communicates risks and progress. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, marketing technology familiarity, and approximately 40% travel.

Design, build, operate, and maintain Grafana’s distributed search and storage systems. Deliver features from ideation through production, ensure reliability and performance, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to open-source projects, and collaborate remotely across teams. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, participating in technical design discussions, understanding customer needs, and continuously improving cloud-based services and engineering practices.

Design, build, operate, and maintain highly available distributed telemetry systems for Grafana Cloud and open-source projects. Deliver features end to end, improve reliability and performance, review code and designs, manage releases, participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations, and collaborate remotely with teammates and customers. Work primarily with Go across Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure and observability systems such as Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope.
