Handles inbound and outbound customer communications to secure the return of rental equipment, resolve inquiries and complaints, update records, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues. The role also supports client retention, converts customers to private pay when applicable, identifies root causes, recommends process improvements, and meets productivity and quality goals.

Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and coordinating commercial contracts and related legal documents. Performs first-level contract review, identifies non-standard provisions, researches contractual and regulatory issues, prepares redlines and summaries, and coordinates with attorneys and business stakeholders. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts across software platforms. Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, track defects, perform regression testing, and create test documentation. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and testability. The role also involves applying testing processes, supporting CI/CD practices, coordinating with distributed teams, and staying current with testing tools and methodologies.

Architect and deliver complex distributed systems using Azure cloud-native technologies, microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools while maintaining security and code quality. Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams, and mentor engineers on technical design, development practices, and AI-enabled workflows.
