Supports a Loan Officer by managing schedules and daily tasks, responding to client and partner communications, routing calls, organizing loan pipelines, collecting documents, tracking follow-ups, and assisting with marketing, social media, and events. The role provides borrower support throughout the loan process and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, confidentiality, and comfort with office technology. Work is full-time onsite or hybrid in Downtown Nashville.
