Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including proactive sourcing, application review, structured screening, candidate assessment, finalist recommendations, and offer support. Partners with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, improve interview quality, and calibrate decisions. Maintains accurate Workday Recruiting data, leverages automation and recruiting technology, builds talent pipelines, and delivers a respectful candidate experience while monitoring quality of hire, retention, and recruiting outcomes.

Administers and improves health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs. Oversees 401(k) administration, open enrollment, vendor relationships, compliance, audits, Form 5500 filings, employee communications, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and Workday configuration. Partners with HR, finance, payroll, brokers, carriers, and consultants to ensure competitive, compliant, cost-effective benefits and a strong employee experience.

Assists the Community Manager with apartment community operations, including rental collections, bank deposits, accounting administration, leasing support, market surveys, resident records, delinquency and eviction processes, and resident issue resolution. May supervise leasing staff and lead the community when the Community Manager is absent. Performs administrative duties while maintaining strong customer service, communication, organization, and attendance standards.
