Lead marketing strategy and execution for AI Advisory & Transformation practice. Build full-funnel integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, email and partners; align with sales to drive pipeline. Oversee SEO/paid media, AI-driven search approaches, and AI integration into marketing workflows. Manage and mentor a marketing team, external partners, and measure campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Support execution of marketing initiatives for an AI advisory practice: coordinate campaigns, update content and collateral, manage event logistics, track activities and reporting, maintain templates and files, and provide administrative and production support across marketing, business development, and practice teams.

Lead and manage multiple financial due diligence engagements for buy- and sell-side transactions, perform in-depth financial and business analysis, identify risks and valuation implications, oversee deliverables, liaise with clients and targets, and mentor engagement team members.

Provide remote technical support to branches and remote users: diagnose and resolve video/phone/access/connectivity issues, handle password resets, follow knowledge base, document incidents, analyze trends, prioritize and escalate as needed.

Provide international tax consulting, compliance, and planning for multinational clients. Prepare and review Forms 5471/5472/8865/8858 and related disclosures, conduct technical research (GILTI, Subpart F, treaties, foreign tax credits), analyze tax data for planning opportunities, produce client deliverables and technical memoranda, collaborate with firm-wide engagement teams, monitor legislative developments, and support professional development and knowledge-sharing.

Lead state and local tax (SALT) M&A engagements including multi-state due diligence, nexus and exposure analysis, tax law interpretation, report writing, engagement management, client advisory on deal structuring, post-close SALT work, and mentoring project teams while developing client relationships.

Lead project and portfolio management for AI initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, governance, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams, apply Traditional and Agile SDLC, maintain PMO standards, supervise team members, and communicate status and recommendations to executives.

Lead change management and adoption for AI engagements: develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption metrics. Partner with leaders and project teams, support transitions through implementation, monitor outcomes, and recommend policy and process improvements. Support Agile and Traditional SDLC efforts and use collaboration tools to drive sustained user adoption.

Design and lead end-to-end AI solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs, evaluate tools/platforms, document architecture standards, coordinate technical teams, and support deployment and ongoing improvements.

Support delivery of AI advisory and implementation services: analyze client needs, develop solutions, prepare deliverables and presentations, maintain certifications, use technology for project work, and travel as required to support clients.
