Provides first-line technical and customer support for MeridianLink mortgage clients. Responds to inquiries, documents cases, resolves issues, coordinates escalations, communicates updates, supports procedures and training, and mentors junior specialists. May represent the team in meetings when a supervisor is unavailable.

Leads client software deployments from initial implementation through subsequent releases. Gathers credentials, requirements, and documentation; prepares and reviews product workbooks; troubleshoots third-party issues; supports configuration validation and UAT activities; and helps clients understand software capabilities and best practices. Coordinates project resources and timelines while acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments, including Product.

Leads the implementation of complex software systems and services, influences architecture and modernization, mentors engineers, and supports production reliability. Partners with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable cloud-native applications. The role requires strong full-stack expertise across C#, .NET, React, TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and AI development methodologies, along with the ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives.

Leads the Account Management and Customer Sales teams, overseeing sales strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, quotas, territories, resource allocation, and client relationships. Drives new business and expansion within existing accounts while managing departmental objectives, P&L performance, hiring, coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and executive stakeholder communication.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound outreach. Drive API-first experiences and explore AI/ML, automation, and real-time data capabilities while incorporating mortgage lending regulations and market trends.
