Senior GTM Salesforce Business Analyst owning end-to-end GTM processes: discovery, requirements, solution design, hands-on Salesforce configuration (Flows, Case Management, Knowledge, Experience Sites), change management, release planning, and influencing technology roadmaps to align systems with GTM objectives.
