Leads end-to-end planning and execution for partner payment products and services. Defines product requirements, prioritizes features, develops roadmaps, manages product lifecycles, triages defects, and coordinates releases, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance. Partners with business, engineering, QA, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and account management teams to deliver API-based B2B services while meeting governance, contract, budget, and stakeholder requirements.

Leads operational risk assessments, data analysis, management reporting, fraud program reviews, regulatory initiatives, and AI model validation. Evaluates controls, analytical tools, and LLM reliability using benchmark testing, consistency checks, adversarial prompting, and bias assessment. Responsibilities include filing SARs and CTRs, improving monitoring controls and reporting, managing compliance processes and SLAs, overseeing partner relationships, identifying financial-crime trends, documenting investigations, and training team members.

Lead strategy, execution, and lifecycle management for Green Dot’s money movement payments platform. Define product roadmaps, requirements, metrics, and technical solutions for B2B and B2C products. Partner with engineering and stakeholders on APIs, microservices, payment rails, compliance, risk controls, scalability, and defect resolution. Drive ACH, instant payments, RTP, FedNow, and related payment capabilities while managing budgets, governance, and revenue growth.

Lead design and delivery of a cloud-native BaaS payments platform. Architect scalable distributed systems, define API contracts, drive CI/CD and TDD practices, mentor engineers, reduce technical debt, and partner with product teams.
