The role supports FedRAMP, ATO, continuous monitoring, and government-specific requirements while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support. It also mentors TAMs and advocates for public-sector platform enhancements.

Own complex customer technical escalations, perform deep troubleshooting, identify recurring technical issues, and influence product and engineering roadmaps.
