Build relationships with prospective customers as a Sales Engineer for Island’s enterprise browser and security platform. Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical objection handling. Translate complex cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise software capabilities into clear customer value while partnering with sales teams as a technical strategist, trusted advisor, and product champion. Drives technical engagement and enablement across partner channels for a cybersecurity and enterprise networking platform. Supports Channel Account Managers, trains partner sales engineers, delivers demos and technical sessions, leads roadshows, develops partner relationships, researches competitors, supports joint solutions, tracks deal metrics, and contributes technical credibility throughout partner sales cycles. The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, product, vendors, and partners, with travel up to 50%.

Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, escalations, training, feature adoption, and operational maturity. Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues, communicate releases, optimize customer environments, and provide feedback influencing the product roadmap.

Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise APAC customers, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, escalations, training, configuration, optimization, and release enablement. Manage support cases, guide customers toward operational maturity, and translate complex product capabilities into business value.
