Owns administration, compliance, reconciliation, analytics, vendor management, and open enrollment for employee benefits programs. Leads the transition from fully insured or level-funded medical plans to self-funded plans, including plan design, stop-loss procurement, financial modeling, and implementation. Design and analyze multichannel experiments, build reporting and dashboards, write SQL, diagnose funnel and segment performance, and integrate AI and machine learning signals into lifecycle journeys. Own Talkiatry’s paid social creative strategy and testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. Analyze creative performance metrics to develop hypotheses, briefs, and scalable messaging frameworks that improve patient acquisition and reduce CAC. Manage creator and agency partnerships, UGC pipelines, asset workflows, and cross-functional execution while leading innovative, patient-centered campaigns for mental healthcare.

Lead patient-facing product marketing: own positioning, messaging, GTM, and launches; conduct quantitative and qualitative patient research; collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient journeys; create patient-facing materials; and track engagement and adoption using data-driven insights.
