Provides personalized service, proactive training, operational support, issue resolution, and communication regarding platform initiatives and policy changes. Partners with service, operations, new business, and sales teams to improve advisor satisfaction and retention. Monitors trading exceptions, coordinates with custodians, supports process improvements, and occasionally travels to advisor offices.

Leads requirements gathering and develops scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, semantic models, and self-service BI products. Partners with Analytics Engineering on Snowflake canonical models, dbt transformations, data quality, testing, and migration from legacy platforms. Applies responsible AI-assisted tools, mentors analysts, establishes standards, coordinates delivery across stakeholders, and drives adoption and business impact.

Develop and test software features using modern programming languages and web technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, debug technical issues, document code and processes, participate in code reviews, and continuously expand technical expertise through mentorship. Leads AssetMark’s advisor marketing strategy, team, roadmap, campaigns, content, educational programs, thought leadership, surveys, lead generation, and AI-related initiatives. Oversees a white-label advisor marketing program, evaluates marketing technology vendors, manages cross-functional partnerships, and measures engagement, adoption, leads, ROI, and business growth. The role manages two direct reports and requires strong financial services marketing, advisor engagement, program management, communication, and analytics expertise.

Serves as a senior legal advisor on commercial contracts, technology transactions, data licensing, employment matters, corporate initiatives, and risk management. Negotiates complex agreements, advises business and People and Culture leaders on legal issues, supervises paralegals, and develops legal processes, templates, and policies. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, and business teams while managing multiple matters and providing practical, business-oriented counsel.

Operate and improve AssetMark's Azure platform and AKS operations, build and maintain IaC and automation (Terraform/Bicep, PowerShell/Python), support CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), observability (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), identity and security integrations, cost optimization (FinOps), and provide secondary support for data platforms and AI/agent workloads on Kubernetes.
