Own and evolve Thrive Global’s enterprise identity platform, including sign-up, authentication, authorization, user identity management, and integrations with enterprise identity providers. Independently deliver complex projects, partner with Product and stakeholders, maintain reliability, participate in on-call and incident response, and ensure secure, scalable systems using modern identity protocols and credential-management practices.

Own a portfolio of SaaS client accounts from implementation through renewal and expansion. Lead integrations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, monitor engagement and outcomes data, conduct executive business reviews, manage risks, and communicate recommendations. Build account strategies, support retention and growth targets, negotiate renewal and pricing conversations, and represent client feedback internally.
