Lead and manage a team responsible for design, deployment, and support of enterprise Wi-Fi (Cisco platforms). Lead and manage a virtualization team operating mixed VMware and Nutanix environments. Ensure availability, performance, security, upgrades, migrations, automation, capacity planning, incident management, vendor relations, KPIs, and alignment with cloud and business objectives.

Partner with Digital Technology leadership to align and execute departmental priorities. Coordinate strategic planning, performance management, talent initiatives, and cross-functional communications. Streamline workflows, track action items, support onboarding and process adoption, and prepare reports to maintain accountability and operational consistency.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Scrum and Kanban workflows, maintain Kanban boards, remove impediments, track Agile metrics, and coordinate ServiceNow enhancements, releases, and cross-functional delivery to ensure sprint commitments are met.

Prepare, file, and remit indirect taxes (sales/use, gross receipts), reconcile tax accruals, process payments, maintain tax records, support audits, review transaction tax treatment, collaborate with Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain, and improve tax processes and systems to ensure compliance.

Lead an Automation Center of Excellence to build and maintain IaC, automation pipelines, and configuration management across colo and multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, OCI). Drive standardization, governance, security controls, CI/CD integration, incident management, GitOps and policy-as-code adoption. Mentor team members, manage vendor relationships, measure automation KPIs, and provide executive reporting. Participate in on-call rotation and work outside normal hours as needed.

Support Technology Resilience by conducting BIAs, documenting recovery requirements, mapping dependencies, maintaining DR plans and evidence, assisting testing and exercises, tracking remediation, and liaising with cross-functional teams to improve recovery readiness.
