Lead enterprise client enablement for Synchrony MultiSource Financing (MSF). Serve as SME and program manager to coordinate requirements, testing, compliance, and cross-functional teams to deliver client enablement on time. Lead and run Cyber Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and Hunt programs to translate threat signals into detections, hunts, playbooks, and mitigations. Partner with JSOC, IR, vulnerability and engineering teams to reduce adversary dwell time, validate detections via purple teams/attacks, maintain detection lifecycle and backlog, and deliver measurable detection improvements across endpoint, network, cloud, identity, and edge environments.

Lead enterprise Information Lifecycle Management program: define ILM strategy, maintain retention/disposition policies, coordinate legal hold, partner with Legal/Security/Privacy/IT, drive cross-functional implementation, reporting, change management, and support audits and program governance.

Lead and deliver a global multi-cloud cryptography program (PKI, key/secrets management, tokenization), design and implement encryption and cloud security solutions, drive automation/DevSecOps, act as technical lead and SAFe product owner, mentor teams, ensure compliance and operational readiness, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver cryptography roadmap.
