Lead engineering, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace across a global enterprise. Manage core services, identity sync, user lifecycle, governance, security, and coexistence issues. Build automation and reporting (PowerShell, Graph API, Google Admin SDK), provide Tier 2/3 escalations, support integrations, and maintain documentation, compliance, and operational runbooks to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient collaboration platforms.
