Lead end-to-end corporate, M&A and securities legal matters for a public technology company: advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, governance, SEC reporting, disclosure controls, equity compensation, and subsidiary management. Serve as primary legal advisor on complex cross-border transactions, manage outside counsel, partner with Finance/Tax/HR/Product, and engage C-suite and Board-level stakeholders to align legal strategy with corporate development objectives.

Lead HR/People-side planning and execution for M&A integrations, ensuring Day 1 readiness, onboarding, systems readiness, job mapping, communications, and change management.
