Own and execute corporate communications campaigns to raise SoundHound AI’s profile. Pitch product innovations and customer wins, manage media relations and PR operations, write press releases and long-form content, build case studies, and measure coverage using PR analytics tools.

Manage client relationships and application metrics, drive account growth and upsell opportunities, ensure accurate reporting, act as liaison to engineering (manage Jira tickets), support pilots and software testing, educate clients, and attend occasional client meetings (up to 10% travel).

Own and operate SoundHound's global equity program end-to-end: administer RSU/PSU awards and lifecycle events, design SOX controls and procedures, manage Shareworks as system of record, coordinate with Legal/Finance/Tax/Payroll and auditors, handle Section 16 and 10-Q/10-K disclosures, maintain 10b5-1 plans, and provide cross-functional guidance and strategic equity program improvements.
