Provides financial support for group insurance clients through billing management, financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, revenue projections, audits, and data integrity oversight. The role also develops risk mitigation strategies, supports governance and risk appetite compliance, and improves risk practices through training, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Performs daily accounting functions supporting incoming and outgoing funds, including wire processing, disbursements, misdirected money, suspense reconciliations, and cash reconciliations.
